I have to say.. comcast was great for me.. until we moved back in the country.

Now I don't have comcast anymore. I have suddenlink. Suddenlink is even more retarded.

IMO Comcast is great, but since they are a big company, things such as this happen quite often. You can't control every individual that in a company you know ?8)

Sadly when my family had communistcast we had various issues with them as well. Like find them raiding our fridge but we figured the guy was special or somethin. Thats life for you and that why you must hide the sofa and waffles from tech support people. thier just plain dumb!
