actually no Whats cool about PK is that diet really doent matter, people of all ages and sizes can do this(with enough training) All of the movements are based on the Ideals of escape and reach, and surprisingly it takes more energy to walk down stairs than to jump or flip them

Lol, I guess Spiderman is overrated now.. I wouldn't mind jumping from the first floor to the 3rd floor to my science class at school. Way cooler then the damn stairs.
